MIDI Connectivity Help
- Make sure that your instrument is turned on and connected to your computer.
- If your instrument has a PC mode, ensure that it is set.
- If the MIDI connectivity status indicates that your instrument is connected but no notes are recorded, please disconnect and reconnect your MIDI cable from your computer or tablet.
- Google Chrome is the recommended browser for Piano Moon on Windows, MacOS, ChromeOS, and Android. iOS support is currently under development.
